A professional photo op is taken by a professional photographer using studio-quality equipment. A selfie is taken using a personal device, such as a cell phone.
No. Photo ops are a fast-paced process so every guest can get their photo. You may briefly greet the celebrity, but conversations, gifts, and personal interactions should be saved for the autograph tables.
No. Autographs must be purchased separately at each celebrity’s autograph table and are not allowed in the photo booth. Some events may offer photo op and autograph bundles, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
Photo ops take place in the designated Photo Ops area on the show floor, not at the celebrity autograph tables. Check the program guide at the event for the exact location and schedule.
Each photo op ticket allows up to four people in your party unless otherwise specified by the event. Feel free to bring friends or family to join your photo.
Yes. Event admission is required to access the show floor where photo ops take place.
Photo op tickets can be purchased through the event’s website or by visiting https://cuephotography.com/events and selecting your event. Tickets may also be available for purchase on-site at our Sales Desk.
Your ticket will be included in your confirmation email from Capture Ticketing. The email will contain a QR code that includes all products purchased under your registered email address.
If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact info@cuephotography.com.
Yes. You may swap your ticket for another celebrity or upgrade to a duo, trio, or cast photo op by visiting our Sales Desk on-site or emailing info@cuephotography.com. Additional fees may apply if there is a price difference.
Yes. Photo op tickets may be purchased at the event while supplies last. Visit our Sales Desk. We accept both cash and card.
Please speak with a member of our staff. We can locate your ticket using your name or email address.
The photo op schedule is released two weeks before the event. Visit https://cuephotography.com/events, find your event, and click “View Schedule.” Photo op times are subject to change, so please check the schedule the morning of your photo.
Please arrive at the Photo Ops area 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Lines open 15 minutes prior to the session.
Photo ops are a quick process. Most sessions take 5–15 minutes, depending on demand. Arriving early ensures you do not miss your turn.
High-demand photo ops are divided into groups to reduce wait times. Check the schedule for your group’s assigned time and arrive accordingly.
Speak with our staff at the event. In most cases, we can assist you in moving between lines so you can make both photo ops.
If you know in advance, email info@cuephotography.com to request a swap, day change, or possible refund.
Refunds are not issued for missed photo ops. However, if possible, we may help move your ticket to another day or swap it for another celebrity. Additional charges may apply and event admission is still required.
Check the show floor map for the Photo Ops area. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time and enter the line area, where a staff member will direct you to the correct line.
Yes. ADA accommodations will be available. Please speak with our staff on-site for assistance. Service animals are permitted. Contact your event organizers regarding ADA badges or wristbands, as policies may vary by event.
In most cases, yes. For smaller sessions, VIP and General Admission guests may share the same line. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early if you would like to be near the front.
You will receive a QR code after your photo. Scan the QR code to access and download your digital photo.
Yes. Additional prints can be purchased online under the Add-Ons section of your event’s ticket page or at the print desk during the event. Additional prints are $15 each.
If you purchased a print ticket, give it to a staff member at the exit of the photo booth. We will collect your print ticket and scan the QR code from your digital photo, then direct you to the Print Pickup Table to receive your print.
